This stylish room of the Main House is powerful and professional. Towering industrial glass and metal doors open out onto a secret tropical garden terrace, blending the lush outdoor scenery with the interior.
The vision behind the play area in the Main House was: "if you can dream it, we can build it." In charming ice-cream-toned pastels, a slide opens out in a soft-play area filled with pearlised-white soft balls with interchangeable LED-coloured lights.
Staying true to tradition and embracing the richness of the 1920s French regency-style period, this 12-seat cinema in the Main House is everything it should be: lavish, opulent and luxurious. The walls are covered in red silk, and hidden behind the interior design is the highest technical specification audio-visual equipment.
Set on two expansive acres, the Main House and Guest House are surrounded by an idyllic and peaceful garden landscape. The Jacuzzi and 15-meter swimming pool, complete with dancing jets of water, run parallel to the Main House.
Within the tranquil gardens, an area was set aside for the creation of a cantilevered tennis court and grand pavilion. Positioned off the west hillside, this newly built addition to the estate is an outstanding feat of engineering. Above the pavilion is an elevated terraced seating area overlooking the tennis court with views of Holmby Hills and beyond.
Situated in the Guest House, the spa treatment area instils a feeling of peace and tranquility, decorated with a grass cloth wallpaper using muted silver patinated metallics and soft ivory. The state-of-the-art gymnasium blends functionality with a serious design aesthetic.
At street level, the carport provides significant indoor space for several vehicles. A staircase from the interior of the carport leads directly into the Guest House, while an additional exterior staircase provides discreet access to the Main House. Further space is also provided across the extensive motor court that wraps around the entrance of the Main House and Guest House.
